SHIPPING POLICY

DUE TO COVID-19, PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE DELAYED 

Shipping + Handling

All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm PST. We do not ship weekends or holidays. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped within the following 2-5 business days. Please note orders placed after hours on Fridays will not be processed until Monday, as our warehouse is closed on Saturday + Sunday. Please allow up to 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. Shipping timeframe range between 1-10 business days, depending on your shipping address and the shipping service option selected at the time of placing your order. 

 Expedited Shipping

All orders received by 12:00 pm PST can be processed for Overnight shipping, if selected.

 Tracking Your Package

We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided to you via email. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”. Signature at Delivery may be requested for an additional fee by sending an email to, nimistyles20@gmail.com. All USPS packages come with insurance. If your package is lost or damaged the customer is responsible for filing a claim.
