RETURNS
Didn’t work out this time? No worries, we get it.

Here’s how you can initiate your return:

1. Contact us through our returns portal here to put in a returns request.
2. You must return your items within 14 days from when you received your order. Any returns after this 14-day period will not be accepted.
3. Please allow up to 7-10 business days once your return has been received back at our facility for our team to inspect the return. If your return is accepted, you will receive a gift card via email worth the amount of the items you returned with a 25% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not follow our policy listed below.

 

All returns must follow this policy:

• Item(s) must be new, in original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed-
• Bodysuits, undergarments, jewelry and accessories are final sale items for hygienic reasons and cannot be return or exchanged.
• All items marked as sale are final sale - no returns or exchanges are allowed.
• Orders made with discount codes or gift cards are non-refundable. These orders can only be exchanged or returned for store credit in the form of an online gift card.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges if original order was $49 or less.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
• Returns must be received with 14 days from the delivery timestamp. Any returns received after the 14-day period will not be accepted and will be sent back.

 

EXCHANGES

The same policy as in RETURNS applies to EXCHANGES. Exchanges will be honored in the form of store credit. You will receive a gift card via email in the amount of the item(s) you returned. Please note that we cannot guarantee size/product exchanges as items are limited. 

 

RESTOCKING FEE

All orders returned will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

 

SALE ITEMS, DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS

Any orders placed with a discount code can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. All items marked as sale are final sale and are non-refundable.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed it can be cancelled for a full refund within the first 24 hours from the time the order was placed. If cancelled after the 24-hour cancellation period, only store credit will be issued.
