I just placed an order but want to cancel my order, can I?

Once an order is placed it can be cancelled within the first 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Only store credit will be issued.

Why was I refunded for an item I ordered?

To ensure that your order is processed and shipped in a timely manner, we automatically process a refund for items no longer in stock. At times multiple orders come in while the same item can be in a cart simultaneously. Depending on how long one takes to checkout, the system will generate the item to the order first received. We will continue to fulfill and ship the remaining items of your order (if applicable). 

I received the incorrect item/size. What do I do?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement sent out to you. We will send you a shipping label to have the faulty or incorrect item shipped back. Please note that you must contact us within 3 days after receipt to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the incorrect or damaged item within 7 days.

How long will it take to process my order?

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 2-5 business days.

 

If I select Overnight shipping, will I get it the next day?

If the order is placed no later than 12:00pm PST, Monday- Friday, it will arrive the next day via USPS. If for whatever reason it does not arrive the next day, please contact us immediately and we will issue a store credit for the amount of the Overnight shipping fee paid.

 

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, we don't offer curbside or pick-up at this time.

 

What is the best way to contact you guys?

The best way to contact our Customer Support team is via email, nimistyles20@gmail.com. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive a response.

 

I received my tracking number but when tracking my order days later, the site says that the label has only been created. What does this mean?

This can mean a couple of things: 1) your order has been processed and a label has been generated for it to be shipped, or 2) your order is in USPS possession and not yet scanned into their system. Please note, due to COVID-19, the second scenario has been the most common for the past several months. Therefore, please be patient as our team and the US Postal Services are trying our best to get your order(s) out to you in a timely manner while taking the necessary precautions to prevent the spread COVID-19

 

Why is my promo code not working?

We understand the importance of you wanting to use your promo code, however, your promo code may not be working for the following reasons:

  1. There is a store wide Sale running, meaning our system will not allow a promo code to be used. Please contact Customer Support if you wish to use your promo code during a Sale;
  2. Your promo code has expired if it was a store credit code granted for a return. Store credit codes expire after 60 days from the date of issuance; or
  3. Please ensure the code was typed in correctly.
